We are today excited to launch our Tournament Management System (TMS) aimed to support clubs deliver successful sports tournaments. Using over a decade of first hand experience, the TMS will provide you with everything you need to plan and deliver a successful tournament saving you time and stress.

We are delighted to announce that after the success of last years tournaments, we will be delivering the NPL Youth and Walton Casuals Juniors tournaments in June 2019
The NPL Youth tournament will be into its 12th year in 2019 and C S Coaching & Event Management will be delivering it for the 10th time. This tournament has regularly been rated as one of the best tournaments in the area and is one not to miss. The 2019 tournament will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June 2019 at NPL Sports Club, Queens Road, Teddington, Middlesex.
The 2nd Walton Casuals Juniors FC Tournaments will take place at the Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub facility. This fantastic facility is the home of Walton Casuals Juniors and has two full size 3G pitches, grass pitches, floodlit athletics track, changing rooms and conference facilities. The tournament will allow teams to use this amazing new facility. The boys/mixed tournament will take place on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June 2019. There will be a girls only tournament on Saturday 22nd June 2019. These tournaments will be delivered by C S Coaching & Event Management. There will also be a Walton Casuals Juniors 6’s tournament on Sunday 23rd June 2019 for u6’s and under 17/18’s.
New for 2019
These tournaments will look to build on past successes but also introduce some new elements to make it event better. These include:
- Streaming of groups for under 7’s through to under 13’s (meaning your team should play all their games against teams of similar ability)*
- Longer games for under 9’s and under 10’s (increasing from 8 minutes to 12 minutes)
- Plate competitions for under 9’s and above (meaning every team will have at least one knockout game after the group stages
- Removal of penalty shoot outs in knockout games and replaced with new innovative golden goal approach*
*Mixed/boys tournaments only
** for the NPL Youth tournament this is subject to approval from Middlesex FA. Decision likely before the end of 2018 and before registration opens. Surrey FA have approved this for the Walton Casuals Juniors tournaments

This one day tournament will take place at Twickenham Rugby Club, South Road, Hampton and will be a tournament for all the family. This tournament will look to express the community ethos of Hearts of Teddlothian and providing for all the family. The large space at Twickenham Rugby Club will allow for 12 pitches so this promises to be a large one day tournament for all the family.
So a busy June 2018! And none of the tournaments above that C S Coaching & Event Management are delivering clash with any England World Cup games although we are not sure if that is a good or bad thing…..

The Saturday Soccer School is a fantastic opportunity for children of all abilities in school years 1 to 6.
Whilst we of course want to develop their football skills, we believe passionately in developing the whole child. Our coaches are steeped in educational experience and we will do all we can to improve your child’s confidence, self-esteem, communication and teamwork skills.
Our belief is that this is best achieved through structured, fun and unpressurised football. We do not play matches against other teams (we do always finish each session with a match – just not in a environment where it is win at all costs!).We believe that the level of competition has to be appropriate for children. Not all children are ready for the pressure of playing matches for teams and as a result they become disengaged with football and sport. Instead we focus on ensuring your child enjoys playing football first and foremost and are given the opportunity to develop their skills in a controlled environment.
We have an outstanding track record of children attending our soccer school and then moving onto local clubs when they are ready for that competitive environment and reaping the benefits from the skills they have learnt at our soccer school.

We have also recently formed a relationship with Hearts of Teddlothian. Hearts are a local club and share our ethos that football should be fun and that there should not be a focus on purely winning. We can signpost any players to Hearts and we are delighted to have formed this relationship
We are delighted to announce that C S Coaching & Event Management will be delivering the football element of the NPL Youth FC tournament in 2016 which will take place on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th June 2016

We are delighted to be renewing our relationship with NPL Youth FC. The 2015 tournament was an outstanding success with 98% of teams rating it as good or excellent and 100% stating that they would come again. We have a lot to live up to in order to match the 2015 tournament which had one session running 30 minutes ahead of time and all the others on time! However I feel we have a tried and tested model and with the introduction of another girls competition for 2016 I am confident we can continue to ensure that this is seen as the “must do” tournament of the summer.
C S Coaching & Event Management were the people behind the NPL Youth tournament from 2008 to 2013 and then again in 2015. We have also organised and delivered the Banstead FC tournament in 2013 and the Esher FC tournament in 2014
Registration for the NPL Youth 2016 tournament will open on Saturday 9th January at 9am and we strongly recommend early registration to avoid disappointment.

Over the weekend of 30th and 31st May, C S Coaching & Event Management delivered the NPL Youth FC Tournament. 168 teams competed in 502 matches across the weekend in what was a fantastic weekend of grassroots football.
The tournament has been heralded as a massive success for all concerned and C S Coaching proprietor Colin Smith said,
We have been organising and delivering events for over 8 years now but this one was by far the biggest and best event we have run. Everything went to plan and the feedback has been overwhelming. The partnership with NPL Youth has proved to be strong and effective and we look forward to working with them again in the future
Feedback from teams who entered has been very positive with 98% of teams rating the tournament at “Good” or “Excellent” with 100% of teams saying they will attend another tournament organised in partnership between C S Coaching & Event Management and NPL Youth FC.

Following our announcement in November 2014, we are now delighted to announce that the NPL Youth Tournament 2015 is now open for entries. The tournament will take place on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May 2015 at NPL Sports Ground in Teddington. After a year’s hiatus, we are delighted to announce that C S Coaching & Event Management have been commissioned to organise and deliver the NPL Youth tournament in 2015. C S Coaching & Event Management organised and delivered the NPL Youth tournament in 2013 and before that Colin organised the tournament between 2008 and 2012 before establishing C S Coaching & Event Management.
The tournament will take place at NPL Sports Club in Teddington, Middlesex and will be held on the weekend of 30th and 31st May 2015.
On confirming that C S Coaching & Event Management will be organising and delivering this tournament, Colin Smith(C S Coaching & Event Management proprietor) said:

Due to phenomenal demand for our Year 1 and 2 Soccer School we simply cannot accommodate any more children in the 10.45am to 12.00pm slot.
However, we are now delighted to announce that starting on Saturday 8th November 2014, we will be launching a new additional Year 1 and 2 Soccer School. This additional Soccer School will be from 9.15am to 10.30am and will allow for more children to attend the Soccer School.
The existing Year 1 and 2 Soccer School will continue at the 10.45am to 12.00pm slot and will remain unchanged

On the weekend of the 7th and 8th June 2014, the Esher FC Tournament was held at Hinchley Wood Secondary School in Surrey. C S Coaching & Event Management were commissioned to organise and deliver the football element of the tournament
144 teams took part in two football packed days which had 427 matches in total. Despite the heavy rain on Saturday morning the weekend was a massive success.

We are delighted to announce that C S Coaching and Event Management will be delivering the Esher FC summer tournament on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June 2014. The tournament will be held at Hinchley Wood Secondary School.
Esher FC is one of the foremost football clubs in Surrey, and have in excess of 350 players registered and field teams in the Surrey Youth League. The teams that represent Esher FC cover the whole range of age groups and ability levels and they are growing rapidly, from 3 to 33 teams in the last 5 years.
C S Coaching & Event Management have been the people behind the delivery of the very successful NPL Youth Tournament between 2008 and 2013 as well as the Banstead Colts tournament in 2013. We are now pleased to announce that the Esher FC tournament will be the tournament that we deliver in 2014.
The tournament will cater for teams in under 7 to under 15 and there will be over 140 places available. The tournament will be fully affiliated by Surrey FA.

We are delighted to announce that the Saturday Soccer School will be linked to Twickenham Tigers FC. This new partnership is fantastic news for the 50+ participants that attend every week as it will give them the opportunity to join a club which shares the same ethos as the Soccer School.
C S Coaching have worked hard to create a fun, friendly and safe soccer school which caters for all abilities and not just the elite. We strongly believe that every child should have the opportunity to play football and by linking to Twickenham Tigers we are confident that more of the players attending the soccer school will have access to a club that will promote this ethos.

C S Coaching & Event Management were commissioned by Banstead Colts to organise and deliver their inaugural pre season U13 11-a-side tournament on Saturday 1st September 2013.
The tournament was held at Banstead Athletic Football Club using the stadium pitch and the training pitch. The morning session saw 8 teams from Premier Elite, Premier, Championship compete in two group of 4. Referees and Assistant Referees were provided which left the teams to concentrate on the 3 group games (each game was 24 minutes in length) with the winners of each group meeting in the final. Oxshott Royals beat Banstead Colts in a well contested final.
The afternoon session saw teams from Division 1 and Division 2 compete using the same format as the morning. Waddon Wanderers beat Kew Park Rangers in the final.
Feedback from the tournament was very positive. Below are the headline figures:
- 100%* of teams rated the pre tournament administration as good or excellent
- 89%* of teams rated the format of the tournament as good or excellent
- 78%* rated the standard of referee as good or excellent
- 100%* of teams rated the tournament as good or excellent
- 100%* of teams said they would attend another tournament organised by C S Coaching & Event Management
- 100%* of teams said they would recommend C S Coaching & Event Management
*56% of teams attending provided feedback
C S Coaching & Event Management were commissioned to deliver to the NPL Youth tournament on the 1st and 2nd June 2013.
160 teams from clubs across the South East took part in a weekend of football. U7s and U8s played a round robin festival whilst u9s to u18s competed to become the tournament winners.
Groups consisted on 5 or 6 teams with teams progressing through to either a cup or plate competition.
C S Coaching & Event Management took responsibility for all the pre event administration and the management of the football over the weekend. Feedback has been outstanding with some headline statements below. C S Coaching & Event Management are looking forward to building on their successful partnership with NPL Youth and initial discussions have taken place about the 2014 tournament:
